As the Pendergardens project at St Julian’s is nearing its conclusion, it was announced that Engineer Emmanuel Briffa will be the Chief Operating Officer and will, therefore, be taking over the responsibilities of Peter Diacono who occupies the post of Chief Executive.
Engineer Briffa will have the role of monitoring the operations of the commercial and residential complex.
Mr Briffa has worked in management roles at Malta International Airport and the Corinthia hotels, among other companies.
