On Thursday 2nd December 2010, Sales and Marketing Manager, Michael De Maria, announced the release of 24 new units onto the market along with final plans and prices at the Pendergardens development.
‘Block 10’ is due to be completely finished by the end of March 2011 and will feature superbly finished apartments. These two and three bedroom apartmentsin this Block are set to follow in the footsteps of recent Pendergardens’ successes.
