With reference to the article referring to the collapse of a section of a street in St Julian’s into a construction site under excavation, Pendergardens would like to clarify that this plot of land had been sold a few years back to third parties, who are now fully responsible for the development of this site.
Pendergardens completed all its project related civil construction works late last year, and no further construction works are being carried out within its complex.
