Pendergardens is being developed in two phases: Phase One and Phase Two.
Phase One
Phase One included the development of 150 residential apartments, spread over 6 low-rise blocks (Blocks 10-15) together with 406 car park spaces in the underlying car park. To date all these apartments have been finished, sold and handed over to the purchasers.
Phase Two
Phase Two includes the development of two residential blocks (Block 16 and 17), a high-rise block, the Pendergardens Tower and another underlying car park. This development will include approximately 120 apartments situated in Block 16 and 17 and the upper levels of the Pendergardens Tower. Retail outlets and over 5000 square metres of office space will be situated in levels 1 – 7 of the towers. The underground residential car park will be linked with Phase one car park at level -1 and there will be ample public car spaces at level -2,-3 and -4.
